BillSavings AI is currently in public preview. Sensitive document uploads are not enabled until private authenticated storage and production security controls are connected.

This Privacy Policy explains how BillSavings AI collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit or use our website and services.

Information we may collect

Account and contact information, such as your name, email address and account settings when account features are enabled.
Billing information. Payments are intended to be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our website.
Documents and user content, such as bills, statements or screenshots, only when secure upload features are enabled and you choose to provide them.
Usage and device data, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type and analytics events.
Support communications that you send to us.

How we use information

We may use information to provide and improve the service, analyze bills and recurring charges, show recommendations, operate accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, communicate with users, comply with legal obligations and understand product performance.

Sensitive financial and health information

Some bills may contain financial or health-related information. BillSavings AI does not claim to be a bank, insurer, healthcare provider or HIPAA-covered entity. We do not claim HIPAA compliance unless and until that is expressly stated in an updated policy. Sensitive uploads should not be submitted during preview.

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, customer support and payment providers; when required by law; to protect users or the service; or as part of a business transfer. We do not intend to sell uploaded bill contents to advertisers.

Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand site usage and product interest. These tools may receive device, browser and interaction information according to their own policies.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. Production document retention periods will be disclosed before secure upload is enabled.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. We will provide a process for these requests before paid launch.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. Family features are intended to be controlled by an adult account holder.

International use

BillSavings AI is designed primarily for U.S. consumers, while the business may operate from outside the United States. Information may therefore be processed in countries with different data-protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
