Terms of Service

1. The service

BillSavings AI is a consumer software service designed to help users review bills, recurring charges, fees and possible savings opportunities. Features may include bill analysis, subscription review, recommendations, reports and account tools.

2. No guarantee of savings

Results, examples, dashboard values and potential savings are estimates or illustrative examples unless expressly identified as actual user results. We do not guarantee that you will save money, obtain a lower rate, receive a refund or successfully negotiate a bill.

3. Not professional advice

BillSavings AI does not provide legal, tax, investment, insurance, medical or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and making your own decisions before changing or cancelling any service, account, coverage or payment.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to create a paid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

5. User content

You retain ownership of documents and information you submit. You grant BillSavings AI the limited rights necessary to process that content to provide the service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not upload unlawful material or information belonging to another person without authorization.

6. Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, passwords, private keys or other credentials. Medical or financial documents should only be uploaded after the site explicitly indicates that secure private upload is available.

7. Subscriptions and billing

When paid service launches, subscription prices, billing intervals and included features will be shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions will renew until cancelled unless otherwise stated. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and may also be affected by applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malware, scrape the service in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.

10. Third-party services

The service may link to or depend on third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, pricing or decisions, and their terms and privacy policies may apply separately.

11. Service changes

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, including preview features, as the product evolves. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material paid feature is discontinued.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or achieve a particular financial result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillSavings AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, fraud, security threats or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
